Jessica founded J. Kelly Advisors in 2015, as a woman owned Project Management Firm with practice areas in tenant/landlord representation for hospitality, life sciences, healthcare, industrial, mixed use, commercial, data centers, and residential projects. Prior to JKA, Jessica built a successful career in the SFL commercial real estate market, initially as an architect, then working for one of the nation’s leading General Contractors as a Project Manager and Preconstruction Manager, and then finally transitioning to Client Advisory/Project Management Services.

As VP of Projects, she was instrumental in leading and growing two nationally recognized SFL Project Management/Client Advisory Firms, while managing over $500M of projects for accounts with Royal Caribbean, Carnival Cruise Lines, and HBO Latin America, to name a few. She utilizes her broad experience of the real estate industry to assist her clients in managing the key risks of project delivery, allowing them to focus on their businesses. Jessica has a passion for the development of women in construction and believes strongly in the advocacy of women in the South Florida Development process.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture, graduating magna cum laude from the University of Florida. She is a LEED AP and maintains a seat on the Property Committee for the YWCA South Florida. Jessica has been honored with 2019 & 2023 Top 100 Women Owned Business in Florida and 2018 & 2019 Power Women from BisNow for the impact she has had on the South Florida Real Estate and Construction Industry.

Fun Facts: Avid horse back rider, played 4 instruments, varsity basketball player, worked in private aviation for 5 years.
