With 27 years of experience Eva has a proven track record of achieving and surpassing desired results in managing cost and construction-related activities. She has planned, developed, and managed large construction projects throughout her career spanning from Puerto Rico to Florida. She has built and/or managed Veterans Medical Centers, Luxury Residential, Retail, Athletic Parks, Commercial Office, as well as government Infrastructure projects. Eva also has the detail-oriented experience necessary to manage smaller commercial and interior projects. She is able to work seamlessly in teams where her positivity and dedication to her projects make her an invaluable member of any team. Eva also has a specialty in working with cities through the permitting process, she has the tenacity for the work required when dealing with complex permitting situations.
Eva holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico. Eva also has taken continuing education classes in financial forecasting and budgeting. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
