Elie has 15 years of experience with his knowledge ranging from superintendent oversite to project management on construction sites prior to joining JKA. He has significant healthcare experience ranging from one of the largest acute-care teaching hospitals in Canada to a well-known private hospital in Miami.  Elie has also built water filtration plants, dams, and residential projects throughout his career. Elie has strong interpersonal skills which allow him to communicate effectively with clients and team members. He is solution-oriented and drives decision-making to work toward the project goals when critical issues arise. Elie’s organizational skills along with his ability to understand multi-faceted processes seamlessly allow him to pre-plan efficiently on projects. Elie has extensive experience in working with OSHA and AHCA. 

Elie holds a Master’s Degree in Construction and Civil Engineering from Montreal Canada. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Quebec. He is fluent in English, French, Hebrew, and is currently learning Spanish.

Fun Facts: Surfer and boogie board enthusiast. Negotiated in high-pressure situations where personal safety was a concern (and lived to tell!).
