With a career experience spanning over 20 years, Cristina has assumed roles that cover the full cycle of large-scale construction endeavors. Cristina’s hands-on involvement with pre-construction activities, as well as field experience have prepared her to tackle the most technically complex projects. From built-to-suit and ground-up to tenant improvements, she has effectively completed projects across a wide range of sectors: Commercial, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Healthcare and Retail. Her technical experience and soft skills are her key to a successful delivery of project management services including early due diligence, space programming, preliminary budget, and scheduling. Cristina’s energy, commitment to customer satisfaction and productivity driven by teamwork, have resulted in multiple repeat client engagements. Her passion for the work and making sure the work is done to standards is paramount on each and every project.

Cristina Holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico with a Minor in Psychology and a Master’s in Construction Management. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
