Cristina’s expansive background as a Project Engineer with Turner Construction Company to Project Controls Manager for Torcon, Inc. has given her hands-on involvement with preconstruction as well as field experience and has prepared her with the ability to tackle the most technically complex projects. From built-to-suit and ground-up to tenant improvements,
she has effectively completed projects across a wide range of sectors: Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing and Retail. Her technical experience and soft skills are key to the successful delivery of project management services including early due diligence, space programming,
preliminary budgeting, and scheduling. In addition, she manages and oversees the coordination and monitoring during design, construction, close out and move. Cristina’s energy, commitment to customer satisfaction and productivity driven by teamwork, results in multiple repeat client engagements.
